We collaborate with trusted print partners worldwide, meaning your order is printed and shipped from the facility closest to you for fast and efficient delivery!

How Can I Track My Legendary Order?

​Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. If you have any questions about tracking or your shipment, feel free to reach out, to us at SUPPORT@LFAV.NET. We're always happy to help!

Oops! Wrong or Damaged Product?

​We sincerely apologize if your product arrived damaged or incorrect. Don’t worry! We’ll resolve this quickly for you. Please send us an email at SUPPORT@LFAV.NET within one week, including:

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Your order number

  • Any other helpful details

We'll respond promptly with a resolution to make things right!

When Will I Receive My Legendary Purchase?

​Our average production time is 3–7 days, after which your order is shipped out. Standard shipping timelines depend on your location:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • Australia: 2–14 business days

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Where Will My Order Ship From?

​Since we work with a global print-on-demand partner, your order will be shipped from the closest available facility for the quickest possible delivery!

Will Customs Fees Apply?

​Customs or tax fees may apply for international orders. These fees are not under our control and are assessed by your local customs office. For specific customs policies, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.

What If My Order Is Delayed?

​If your order hasn’t arrived yet, please follow these steps:

  • Double-check your shipping confirmation email for any address mistakes.

  • Check with your local post office in case they are holding your package.

  • Ask your neighbors if the courier might have left the package with them.​

If everything seems correct and the package is still missing, reach out to us at SUPPORT@LFAV.NET with your order number, and we’ll assist you further.

Shipping Restrictions

While we strive to deliver our unique products to as many locations as possible, certain legal restrictions and shipping carrier limitations prevent us from shipping to specific countries. The list of restricted destinations may change due to global events, but currently, we do not ship to the following locations:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine

  • Russia

  • Belarus

  • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine

  • Ecuador

  • Cuba

  • Iran

  • Syria

  • North Korea

Please note that the ongoing conflict in Ukraine significantly restricts shipping to the region, and we can currently only ship products fulfilled from our facilities in Latvia. Our shipping partners may also temporarily suspend international shipping to certain countries due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or service disruptions. For the latest information, we recommend checking the USPS homepage.
