LFAV’s 30-Day ‘No-Worries’ Return Policy

Hey there, fellow Legends! 

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase from LFAV, and we hope you never need to read this policy—seriously, we hope it never gets here! But just in case, we’ve crafted our 30-Day ‘No-Worries’ Return Policy to make returns as smooth as a ripe avocado.

Here’s the Scoop:

  1. Not Diggin’ It?
    If your purchase isn’t quite your flavor, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to send it back. No questions asked—okay, maybe just a few so we can improve our garden, but nothing too serious!

  2. In Original Condition, Please!
    Make sure your items are in the same fresh-picked condition as when you received them. We can’t accept returns on goods that have been used, worn, or (gasp!) washed. And don’t forget, the labels need to be intact—no detaching them, please!

  3. Undergarments & Personal Items: Sorry, No Returns
    For hygiene reasons, certain items like socks, face masks, underwear, swimwear, lingerie, hair accessories, bodysuits, personal care products, earrings, and hats are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We hope you understand! Think of them as your personal veggie patch—once picked, they’re all yours!

  4. Defective, Damaged, or a Bit Smelly? We’ve Got You Covered!
    When your order arrives, give it a good once-over (just like you’d inspect a shiny apple!). If you spot any defects, damage, or something that doesn’t seem right, snap some pics of the issue—especially if it’s on the product itself.

Note: You might notice a slight smell from your item—don’t worry, it’s just the print that helps it stick to the garment and the long journey it took to reach you. After all, it’s traveled from our garden to your doorstep! A quick wash will send that smell packing faster than you can say ‘Bye-bye, Brussels sprouts!’ Just be sure to check the wash instructions on the label or in the product description first to keep your item in tip-top shape.

  1. How to Return:

    • Step 1: Email us at SUPPORT@LFAV.NET with your order number, and we’ll send you a return label.

    • Step 2 Tuck your item back in its original packaging, like it’s headed for a cozy nap.

    • Step 3: Stick that label on the package and drop it off at your nearest post office. The return shipping’s on us (because you’re awesome!).

  2. Refunds Sprout Fast!
    Once we receive your return, we’ll get your refund growing within 10 business days. It’ll be back in your account or original payment method faster than a tomato ripens in July!

  3. Exchange? No Problem!
    Want to swap your item for a different size? We’ve got you covered! Just note that exchanges are processed as a return, so you’ll need to place a new order for the item you want while returning the original. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. That way, your fresh pick will be on its way to you in no time!

  4. Exceptions? Just a Few!

  • Final Sale Items: These goodies, along with personal items like socks, face masks, underwear, swimwear, lingerie, hair accessories, bodysuits, personal care products, earrings, and hats, are like the rarest truffle—once they’re yours, they can’t be returned or exchanged.

  • Gift Cards: Our digital gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable(unless required by law) (but they make amazing gifts, just saying!).
